I started my career in front of the camera as a reporter and host, but my journey has taken me through nearly every role in media and production. I’ve been the spotter in a broadcast booth, a production assistant hustling behind the scenes, a master control operator keeping signals live, a truck engineer, a camera operator, an MMJ (multimedia journalist), producer, director, and technical director.

That grassroots, hands-on experience built my foundation. I know what it takes to make a broadcast run smoothly—because I’ve done it, top to bottom. Today, running BullRose Productions, I bring that depth of knowledge to every project, whether it’s podcast production, video and photo shoots, live streaming, or custom studio builds.

What sets my work apart is that I approach every detail with the mindset of someone who’s been in every chair.
